Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at age 16, after she quit her gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Professional Card one year later. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her university education. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness titles. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age to ever be a part of history. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card to get her degree from college. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with her performance. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with a machine, and bent-over rows. First, she warms up before progressing to her working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The supersetting of all exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
